Marcella Binda

Marcella has been active in the risk consulting and investigations sector for fifteen years, when she joined a multinational risk consulting firm headquartered in New York. She was the Director of the firm’s Milan office, where she acquired a solid experience in conduct- ing reputational due diligence by assisting clients in merger and acquisition operations, as well as in compliance procedures, in Italy and abroad. She also supported law firms by managing asset and labour law investigations, and coordinated anti-fraud investigations and competitive intelligence cases. She speaks Italian, English and French.
