Sergio Sergi

Sergio was co-founder of CRW in 2006. Engineer by education, he has been active as a consultant in the risk management sector for thirty-five years, a period in which he worked among others for several multinational pharmaceutical companies, invest- ment funds and credit insurance firms. He acquired an extensive experience in conducting financial investigations, reputational due diligence and competitive intelligence activities: over the years, he specialised in risk assessment for compliance purposes related to merger and acquisition cases in strategic industrial sectors. He speaks Italian, English and French.
